What happens after you pay
We assemble your box with its RS485 / CAN board, test it with the JBD firmware on a JBD smart BMS, and ship it on 10 November 2026 with tracking.

Before you order
My JBD board only has a UART connector. Can I use the box?
Yes, with the JBD RS485 module plugged into that connector. Send us your board reference before ordering and we tell you which module fits.
Does it work on a 12 V or 24 V pack?
Yes, the box reads the BMS whatever the cell count. Tell us the configuration when you order so we test it.
When will I receive it?
Pre-orders ship on 10 November 2026. Delivery then takes 2 to 10 days depending on the country; you receive the tracking link by e-mail the day it leaves.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes, at any time before dispatch, for any reason: reply to your confirmation e-mail or use the online form. You get 100% back, shipping included.
What if my battery is not supported?
Return the box within 30 days of delivery: we refund it in full and pay the return shipping.
Is payment secure?
Payment is handled by Stripe. Your card details never reach our servers, and your bank may ask you to confirm the payment.
Do I pay customs duties?
Not within the European Union. Elsewhere (United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, United States…), import duties and taxes may be charged by the carrier on delivery.
